Aloha! It's “Island Time”!

You will love this beautiful, wonderfully maintained vacation rental, designed to melt away your cares and switch you over to 'Island Time'! This upscale vacation home includes exteriors featuring a sparkling private pool located next to open green space, with privacy and peace in your dream backyard! There's a spacious hot tub just off the pool deck where you can watch the kids splash, and if you like to be active, get in the game with your very own backyard pickleball court and basketball hoop. Enjoy the colorful island-themed poolside cabana kitchen and bar, complete with a full-size refrigerator, gas stovetop, sink, 2 gas grills, and a mounted Smart TV you can view from the bar. After all, they have sports in paradise, right? The location is a dream, just at the North End by the Sandbridge Dunes Condos. The beach access is directly down the street, and you are in easy walking distance to the Sandbridge Seaside Market, restaurants, ice cream, gift shops, and more! The North End is known for quiet streets, with many locals choosing this area for their own homes. The kids will have a lot to keep them busy here!

Inside, find the tasteful décor and elegant appointments you have come to expect from the team at RBC Construction. Luxury vinyl tile throughout the house is easy with a houseful of kids and is stunning. All Smart TV's (minimum size is 50") throughout and in the poolside cabana give everyone their respite when a break is needed. Stream movies, play video games, or check-in on the game scores from almost anywhere in the house.

Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

best house we've ever stayed at

this home was beyond beautiful. wasn't missing a thing and what a surprise to find the pickleball court. we don't remember it being listed. we walked in amd said we never wanted to leave.
