Located in northeast Virginia Beach, it is 2 miles to the Chesapeake Bay to the north and 2 miles to the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Great quality of life. The home has 2 bedrooms for quests and the 3rd set up as an office. The property is located at the end of Great Neck Lake and the yard is huge. JEB Little Creek/Ft. Story are close with Oceana Master Jet Base nearby as well. Recreational centers, library, groceries, restaurants and medical facilities are all within walking/biking distance
