Stunning Oceanfront 3rd Floor Condo with Panoramic Views! This condo is conveniently located on the boardwalk in the heart of the resort area. Centrally located between 21st and 22nd Streets on Atlantic Avenue. Walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Beautifully remodeled with brand new furnishings and modern amenities, guests are guaranteed to love this contemporary, oceanfront vacation rental.

Bed sizes: Master Bedroom - King Bed, 2nd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Twin at top and Twin at bottom), Queen Bed, Living Room - Queen Sleep Sofa.

Amenities include: entry security gate, direct access to boardwalk, Wi-Fi, stack-able washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar.

I didn’t like the condition of the building or the parking facilities. I did like the security of needing a key for the outside doors. I did like the condo itself. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies.

The rental was perfect. Great location near the beach and shops. Even though it is located on the boardwalk the unit was quiet. The unit was fully stocked with all kitchen appliances, pans, and utensils. It was clean and well maintained. Looks just like the photos. Parking is very tight which was the only downside.

We had an incredible stay at this condo! The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities we needed. The highlight of our trip was watching the fireworks from the balcony—a truly magical moment that we'll never forget. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and provided all the comforts of home. From cozy evenings spent on the balcony to the serene mornings with a cup of coffee, every moment was a delight. Highly recommend!

What a lovely condo in the heart of Virginia Beach! We enjoyed early morning coffee and after dinner ice cream on the balcony. What a view! Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!

The condo is in a great location, and is nicely equipped with all we needed for the week. The balcony and view is just perfect - Enjoy the sunrise, your coffee, a drink, or just people watching. Parking is tight however, we had a mid-size SUV and had no issues. We would suggest that you pull into the space, which will make it easier for you to back out. We had a wonderful stay! The weather was beautiful as was the condo. We enjoyed the beach, boardwalk and many of the local attractions including the aquarium, dolphin boat tour, Bush Gardens and the outlets on the one rainy day.

I really thought hard about whether I had any complaints and the answer is … NO! This was hands down the best place we have ever stayed on any vacation! The condo was beautiful and so clean. It’s such a relief when you can check in to your condo and not have to feel like you need to clean it before using anything. The location could not be any better it was so conveniently close to many good restaurants, and the market across the street was great for anything we needed. The bathrooms could be updated a little, however it seems the wonderful owners already have this in the plan. The bedroom with the bunk beds was also smaller than it seemed in the pictures but it worked just fine for us. I think we may become regular visitors I am so happy we found a such an amazing place, you can tell the owners truly care about their guests. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a great time during our stay. The property is so close to the beach and has a great view. The unit was just as the pictures depicted. The parking is not the easiest, we ended up parking in the guest spots more often than our assigned spot since it was easier to get out.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location to, and view of the beach was incredible. We absolutely loved being able to sit and watch the ocean from both inside and outside of our condo on the patio, The owners have done a beautiful job with the condo and it was well stocked and very comfortable. The boardwalk was a very busy place and mostly nice. The bike lanes were a really great addition to the boardwalk and rentals were available all along the boardwalk for all kinds of bikes, single, double and family bikes. Most of the people we met were very friendly both the locals and those visiting. Our biggest complaint was that the neighborhood around the condo was just okay. The smell of pot was everywhere, even in our supposed "non-smoking" facility. Unfortunately, it was sad to see so many homeless on the beach, the boardwalk and along the main street in front of shops. Leaving the beach area and walking along the main street to the shops felt more like being in the city and not something I felt comfortable doing alone. All that being said, and despite a rainy week, we did enjoy our stay and I thought the condo and its location to the beach and its great view were lovely.

My wife and I like to try new places on our March Break. For budget reasons we try and stay in places we can get to in one/two days by car. The trip to Virginia Beach for us was just over 12 hours, so a perfect distance. We did some research so we knew temperatures would be cool but we had a couple of really nice days at the end of the trip that were a great way to wrap things up. The property was everything we'd hoped for. The outside of the building was a bit old and weathered so we were worried when we first arrived, but the condo was beautiful. Newly renovated, clean and the location was amazing. Right on the beach and the boardwalk with an incredible view of the ocean. Each morning we woke up to watch giant ships passing by, dolphins playing in the surf and the occasional fighter jet swooshing by on training runs. We were centrally located, so many restaurants were close and within walking distance. Our culinary adventures were fantastic...finding delicious food was certainly not a problem and we were really impressed with meal options, although there was a full kitchen if you wanted to cook your own. I can only imagine what a summer trip would be like, but if you are a beach bum you couldn't get a better place...literally 10 steps to the boardwalk from the building and 20 steps to the HUGE beach. Thanks to Margie, the property manager, who was in constant touch with updates we needed to know in order to maximize our stay. I highly recommend this property.

This property exceeded our expectations. The open concept living/eating area was only exceeded by the spectacular ocean view! It’s so convenient to be steps away from the beach, which is well maintained each day. We saw dolphins in the ocean on our morning walks and enjoyed the street performers complimentary of VA Beach in the evening. Atlantic Ave is very active but our condo was very quiet. Margie responded to all questions quickly and kindly. We would definitely consider staying here again if visiting VA Beach.

Every year we rent this condo it gets better. Not only is the location great but the condo has everything you could need. Relaxing on the beach all day and being able to run back up to the condo for lunch or other things is very convenient. We feel very safe here and have met some very nice people that rent every year also.

We really liked the condo, it had a great balcony and easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and the property manager was very helpful. Parking spaces are small but it is still nice to have on site parking and they were upfront about the parking before we booked the condo. We would definitely stay in this condo again

We could not have been happier with this rental. Location to the beach and off beach activities could not have been better. Unit was clean with plenty of room and amazing view of the beach. Daily watching the sunrise, dolphins swimming by and all the activity happening on the beach from the balcony once we came back from the beach was super convenient. Also can't say enough about Margie and the team that handled us through the rental process, check in and check out, truly top notch. Without a doubt our next visit to VA Beach we'll be looking to rent this unit again!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children (ages 9&12)) spent the week at the condo and really enjoyed our time here. It’s a newly updated unit with clean, newer and well functioning appliances (including toaster and Keurig coffee maker) that provided us with a nice place to stay with good comforts from home . The washer and dryer were easy to use and loved that they are in-unit. We loved the views across the whole unit of the beach (almost felt like we were on a cruise ship!) and spent plenty of time watching the dolphins frolicking just off the beach. Parking space is tight but easy enough once you figure out your process and it was reassuring to have the secure gated parking available. Margie and her team were wonderful; quick to respond to a couple of minor issues that came up during our stay and were great communicators through our whole rental process. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for a memorable week!
