  • Summary:
    This amazing home located in the happening ViBe district of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront has it all! Personal in-ground pool and backyard dining table! Walking distance to the Virginia Beach Convention Center and Sports center. Also, on 6 blocks off all the action at the Virginia Beach boardwalk and oceanfront. Amazing restaurants, beautiful beach and waves, and all the local hot spots for shopping are all walkable from this home. A farmers market located on 19th street is steps away from the home. Enjoy this event every Saturday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (during the summer months).

    Other Things to Note:
    Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

We had a great time on our vacation here! Check in and out was easy and the hosts were great at responding quickly. There was a lot of room for our group of 6 to have family meals together and hangout and play games. We spent a ton of time at the pool. The property was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants and we would definitely stay again.

The place was wonderful only bad thing was all the construction in the area made it impossible to walk to the beach so driving there and paying for parking really was a bummer. The house and the owners were wonderful and would book with the again.

Pleasant Vacation

Overall impressed and if we visit with family again we'll likely rebook. The area was nice within walkable distance to the beach and restaurants and Minigolf. The host was quick and responsive when we had an a/c issue which was resolved within a couple hours. Having the personal salt water pool was amazing too. A wonderful and peaceful stay!

Amazing property. Very clean. In a perfect location. Our AC was on the fritz while were there and it was fixed ASAP. Owners were great with communication!

About a 15 minute walk to the beach or a 4 minute drive if you're willing to pay for parking. It was a nice place to stay with a big group and every room had their own dedicated bathroom which was a godsend. Very clean and place is well maintained. The dedicated pool was nice to use when the ocean waters were too choppy for our kiddos. I'd come here again for sure.Something to know before booking - this place is in the direct flight path of planes & fighter jets. It can be noisy during the day and when you're enjoying the pool. If hearing planes zooming by is a deal breaker I'd reconsider this.

Perfect location and hidden gem!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property for 4th of July. The location was central to everything, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the house was larger than expected! My only negative review is that we had infants (6 and 9 months) and the amenities stated a travel crib and they didnt have one and we never got another response when asking for one. We ended up having to go buy one. We would book here again though absolutely!
