Other than a few maintenance issues, it was a great experience.

Property could have been cleaner. The hot tub turned to scum on the last day. All maintenance issues were promptly addressed. This is our 3rd vacation to Sandbridge

The house was great. Just some minor issues. You do not have enough dish towels unless you rent them or bring your own. The main living room tv remote forCox cable needs to be replaced. Very difficult to work. Bedroom #9 shower hot water is not very hot. Overall it was an incredible home.

Amazing Family Vacay!! Sweet spot right on the beach. The house was so beautifully appointed with plenty of space to spread out but also lots of space to spend quality time together in common areas. The pool was perfect for us to lounge all day Sunday watching football together. The top floor was awesome, where we could all spend time together preparing meals and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with grear appliances and cookware...anything you need!! The house is so close to the beach, making it super easy to go back and forth between the two. Sandbridge is such a cozy small area, yet close enough to enjoy all that Virginia Beach has to offer. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!! Thanks for an incredible week!!

It was a dream

The property was amazing! So many things to do, amazing views, great amenities. They had all the kitchen cookware you could ever hope for, there were pool toys, beach chairs, even paddle boards. It was nice that towels and linens were provided. There were a lot of spider on the decks and pool area, but that is to be expected being right on the beach. There was a little sand on the stairs when arrived, it was not significant, otherwise all clean. Be prepared to travel for groceries, but it was worth it being far away from the heavily populated areas. We were celebrating my wedding and Sandbridge Real Estate hand delivered me flowers and a card! They went above and beyond to make our stay the vacation of my dreams!

Family Vacation

I have to say we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The house was good but not great but the pool deck/patio and outdoor cabana was terrible. There were hundreds of dead bugs everywhere. I understand that a beach house is going to have bugs but it was more than I would have expected. There were items from a previous stay in the side yard and a bag that looked like it had been under the exterior steps for months. We had a good time and made the best of it but when you’re paying almost 30k, for a 1week stay, we expected better. The issues that came up were addressed promptly and fixed except for one of the washing machines died the day before we left.

Great location. Beautiful beach. Quiet. Non-commercial. Generally clean property. Plenty of room. Nice bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen wrt kitchenware. Pool house. Ping pong. Ample furniture on deck. Grill. Very comfortable inside and out. Easy check-in/ check-out. Easy communications with property management. Nearby fishing pier and wilderness preserve. Quite frankly, we absolutely loved it.
