「Clean room, excellent breakfast, kind staff」

「Breakfast very basic,no fried egg or bacon. Coffee not drinkable. We arrived 10.40pm and bar already shut and no food available. Not a hotel but boarding house. We stayed in room 245,window broken and room smelled of damp. Constant bleeping sound from corridor all night.Wouldn't recommend or stay again.」

「Maple Manor was a nice little spot, great parking, and friendly staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable - unfortunately the walls are quite thin, so noise travels. Breakfast was good but could be more hearty, especially for a full breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay :)」

「My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .」

「Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. 」

「Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider...
