“Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. If Shri Banke Bihari allows me to visit Him again, I'd prefer to spend a night or two here at SG. Thanks for the Peda……

It's always a worry when a little one gets sick, especially away from home, so it's truly wonderful that our host (Mrs. Sweta) was there with a home remedy that worked so quickly. What a relief that my daughter recovered overnight and we could all enjoy our trip as planned! And to top it all off, the food was amazing too. We had a very memorable experience with hosts. 😊”

“Sonu is a Friendly and helpful owner and can arrange taxis and tours. The room was clean and comfortable as described, but no window. The location is slightly inconvenient, away from most sites but walking distance to Sri Janmabhoomi temple. Good stall opposite offering samosa, kachori, barfi and other snacks. ”

“Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.”
