O hotel é antigo mas além disso todos os ambientes tem aspecto se mal consevado, os quartos nao cheiram bem, e o banheiro e quarto também não é sinonimo de limpeza.

Só salva o atendimento da equipe,fora isso os quartos tem paredes manchadas sem pintar, iluminação precária e nenhum conforto. Pedimos 1 cama de casal e 2 sgl e recebemos 4 camas sgl. O local é no centro portuário de Vitória e não oferece nenhuma segurança para quem deseja transitar! Nao vejo custo benefício na hosoesagem

A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém minha experiência não foi positiva. De acordo com as orientações, o check-in é às 14h. Antes disso, tentei verificar a possibilidade de entrar um pouco mais cedo, mas não houve flexibilidade por parte do funcionário que me atendeu. Cheguei ao local por volta das 8h da manhã e precisei aguardar até as 14h para entrar no quarto. Além disso, realizei o check-out às 3h da manhã para sair mais cedo. Sugiro que o hotel adote uma postura mais flexível em relação ao check-in antecipado, quando houver disponibilidade de quartos, para proporcionar uma melhor experiência aos hóspedes.

Quarto bem arrumado,foi reformado e ficou show já era bom ficou melhor. Os funcionários são ótimos, atendimento muito bom,o café da manhã é perfeito também. Perto de tudo,bem localizado. Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards.
