Rue animée le soir (retaurants et bars) mais logement en retrait de la rue, dans une résidence très calme. Parking en sous sol (au -2) . Grâce aux explications données par l'hôte, sortie du parking en sécurité (par un escalier très étroit) dans le parc clos de la résidence. Dans la residence les escaliers sont larges et praticables.
