「Amazing experience from the moment we arrived! The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The views from our balcony overlooked the garden river and the mountains. They have fruit trees all over the property and fun things for the kids to do. Breakfast was outstanding array of food out on the veranda overlooking the scenic river!! could not have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip to Italy! 」

「Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. Love this place, can't wait to come back!」

「We loved the location and the view of the lake from the upper rooms was lovely. The food was amazing. However, initially we didn’t get the room we’d booked, we were put on the first floor in a lovely room but the lake was heavily obscured by overgrown trees, this was finally remedied with a move to the fifth floor but not before turning another room down and suffering lots of stress having to prove I’d booked a balcony with a view of the lake and we weren’t settled into our acceptable room until...

「L’emplacement et les lieux son parfait, cependant on remarque qu’il y a un manque d’attention. L’hôtel semble être laissez aller. Je considère cet hôtel comme un 3 étoiles et demi, mais pas un 4 étoiles. Manque de service, pas de café dans les chambres, deco pas au goût du jour. Il y a 30, il devait être un magnifique hôtel mais aujourd’hui n’est plus ce qu’il a été 」

Hôtel de routier à prix scandaleux : hyper bruyant car sur la route, étouffant d'été car inconcevable d'ouvrir la fenêtre vu le bruit et une climatisation hyper faible (bridée ??) et tellement bruyante que c'en est indécent ! Table et chaises sur terrasse sales, signe d'un manque d'attention...et de goût. La vue sur le lac perd son intérêt. Chambre tristounette à souhait (mobilier à 3 sous). Seul le petit-déjeuner était correct et copieux.」
