「It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. 「The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. 」

「Our stay was short but very nice. The kind woman at the front desk was beyond helpful. We had asked if the hotel had a luggage scale. Unfortunately they did not. But in an unexpected gesture a phone call was made to a friend, who then brought a scale for our use from her home. This was customer service above and beyond!!」

「服務人員態度很友善，房間簡單但是非常舒服。 但會希望房間的燈再多一點或是亮一點。 早餐非常棒，選擇很多樣。 Die Rezeptionisten sind sehr nett und freundlich, das Zimmer ist schlicht aber sehr angenehm und ordentlich. Wenn es möglich ist, hätte ich gern mehr Lichte im Zimmer oder ein helleres Zimmer. Der Frühstück ist super, es gibt verschiedene Wahl.」
