“Clean….helpful staff….good breakfast”

“Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.”

“La Villa Aphro was our home away from home. The tucked away boutique resort felt like our own personal Air B and B. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a delightful welcome native drink that I wanted to drink the entire trip. My. Husband arrived with an upset stomach from our united airlines flight from IAD. Staff immediately jump to action showed to our room and made him two drinks. A special ginger drink the bartender put together and seltzer. My husband slept and was felling back to his self……

“When i got there they was supposed to be cleaning the room so we waited then said its ready afterwards the room looks clean but bed linen was DIRTY... THE AREA ITS NOTHING THERE TO DUE.. NOW THE ROADS ARE BEING WORKED ON but nothing there but a dirt road... construction being done so its don't look like the pictures....”

“Initially, there was some misunderstanding about the listing of the property for what I thought I was getting. There was some confusion as far as the advertisement was concerned. Once issues was worked out then my stat was pleasant.”

“The property needs refurbishing. The TV didn't work, water ran out, the door was making noise.”

“The breakfast and the pool was excellent. ”

“Ac works poorly. Micro sized ants in the room, door lock batteries were dying and beeping every 3 minutes. Hot water was always out. Half the food and drinks on menue they were out of. Asked for different room and wasn't switched then finally offered upgrade but wanted above full price. Room was not clean and amenities not up to par.View was excellent but overall need to pass.”

“Kind staffs,beautiful place”

“This was definitely the best hotel i've stayed at in Ghana. Everything about this hotel was perfect. If I had one criticism, it would probably be that the bathtub was too small to actually bathe in and the water didn't get that hot. Outside of that, the staff was truly impressive with their politeness and professionalism. The grounds were immaculate, and the food was very tasty. I am definitely coming back there and looking forward to my next visit”

“The property was unfit as I was moved to a different room to next morning. That was even worse, broken bed, and no running water in the bathroom ! I had to check out the next day. I plan to file a complaint and will ask for a full refund,”

“Our 2 night stay was just ok. We booked a night stay for two guests with oceanview and i must say”

“The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. ”

“The place is a scam! Scam! Scam! The manager told me there's no room for me in their hotel for after I showed my receipt and hotel reservations to him he said he didn't get no notification from hotels.com he got very aggressive with me over the phone and asked me to leave and payment has been made through the hotels.com app prior to that the location on the app is not accurate to where the hotel is the location takes you to an unknown place.its a setup to rip people off their hard earned money……
