“The rooms are really clean I ended up extending my stay and staying for a total of 4 days. They were very accommodating. The location has facial recognition so you do not need to carry around extra keys. It is really safe in that area and taxis are always available. There is laundry ( washer/dryer) and a full kitchen setup in the room, there are 6 pools, and it’s in a great location! I had a blast ”

“For Check In no body was at receiption and even number provided on bookings they are not responding. We became helpless than security gaurd calls some person and they ask documents in whatsapp and give room after 1 hour even we tired due to traveling”

“I didn't have an issue with this property per say, I had an issue with the room we received. So the units are individually managed by different vendors or agents. Our room was clean but the shower was broken, there was mold on the wall, the AC worked. The wifi did not work. The room was also very small. I would say this room is for solo travelers versus a couple. It was just challenging it get in touch with the host. The wifi not working made even communication exhausting. Thankful for the……

“Embassy Gardens is in a fantastic location in Accra and the overall complex itself has great facilities. The grounds are well maintained and the general atmosphere is pleasant. It’s also close to many useful places in the city, which makes it a convenient base while staying in Accra. Unfortunately, the apartment I stayed in did not meet expectations. The interior felt very dated and in need of renovation. During my stay I had no WiFi for three days, which was extremely inconvenient. The stove……

“Was okay There is no airport shuttle as advertiser. My sheets eere ripped and the balɛony door did not work. The staff kept telling me they cant do anything my host had to sort it but that wasnt made clear and i didnt hear from her sometimes.”

Dirty rooms , no AC , bad Wifi connection , had to check out after 1 night, the only good thing is getting my refund for the rest of the 6 days , bad communication even right from the reception!!
