“Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself.”

“We are a family of 4 and 2 dogs. This place was brilliant. We could either walk or run into Rock and go on the beach, or have drinks/food and also access the costal path round to Polzeath so easy. After an active day, the hot tub was a real winner for everyone. We have one older dog so the garden was great for her, nice and flat, and as it's all one level apart from the bathroom, great for her to get around. The porch area was perfect for wet towels and shoes. The main double room was very……
