“The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor……

“We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful. I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few……

“I stayed here with my other half and her mother at the tail end of June 2024. The cottage is spacious for 3 - 4 people and even has a sofa bed if needed. The two bedrooms upstairs are quite roomy, and the en-suite and family bathroom effectively work as two en-suites which is great. The cottage is well located - about a 15-minute walk to the ferry over to Padstow or a very short drive to the Rock Quarry car park just by it. “We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well.
