Great accommodation, a little pricey

The property doesn't look like much from the front/outside, but really suited our stay. The folding doors which open on to the deck area give the living area a real European feel. The main drawback is the price and the lack of parking. There is one dedicated parking space - in the garage which fits a Fiat 500 but not much more. We were lucky as we were able to use a parking space belonging to a nearby house for both weeks. The house is very well situated for the beach, literally 5 minutes walk.

Brilliant Location. Great property.

The house is great and beautifully designed. The location, to enjoy the best of Polzeath, is fantastic. If I had one criticism it would be the garden. Compared the the rest of the house it is just a bit scruffy (both the garden and the balcony). We couldn’t use the garden very much as the weather wasn’t great but if I was there in the summer I think I’d expect the outside area to be a little tidier - especially if I had younger kids who wanted to play downstairs or eat on the balcony. But genuinely - the house is lovely!
