“Stay was amazing. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the swimming pool which was dirty and slippery, also it was smelly. This might be due to the huge crowd But the Hotel should be equipped to manage it.”

“Issues we have face as of a family of ( 1 baby and a toddler): 1. EXCELLENT hotel for a gateway with the family. 2. Service is very bad ( in room dining and cleaning( 3. You can smell the sewage odor in the bathroom 4. Our room didnt have a carpet, and after a fight and arguments they have transferred us the next day into another room with no carpet again :). 5. Receptionists to the management have a zero experience in how to organise heavy crowd during eid. 6. Ayo and most of rhe valet……

“We upgraded on reaching the resort to the Mirage Bab Al Bahr Beach Hotel, as the Bungalow was on first floor with steps which my mother could not walk due to Arthritis issues. Thus the reviews and stars are for the Hotel, and it was an amazing short vacation for my family. Especially, my son liked the temperate-controlled swimming pool and enjoyed it a lot.”

“We can really recommend staying there. If you go by car to Sandy Beach it’s the perfect place. Everyone was really nice and they gave us a quiet room. It was a twin room but they joined the beds and we did not notice the difference, was worth the good night’s sleep. No carpet on the floor and a/c at 17 when we arrived let us shiver a little. Room is big and bathroom has a nice shower but water comes though a gap in the shower cabin and wets the floor. We got additional towels when we asked for……

“I mean for 40USD, I've stayed in worse hotels. I'd asked for a no smoking room but someone had clearly been smoking. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was good. There was a very bright blue light that blinked the entire night, and the walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbors. But all that matters is that I checked in, I slept, I charged my phone, and I left the next day. ”

“Very nice and quite place, I took villa 5 bedrooms it’s was big and amazing villa but I get 1 problem blockage in the bathroom pipes, the other things all the services in villa it will be extra charge.”
