“We stayed at this property in a different unit 5 years ago. We love the water facing patio/deck and simi private beach. Very quiet. They provide everything you could need for beach and water fun. We did bring our own binoculars and were glad we did. Would have liked shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower.”

“We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to explore the west side of the island since this was our second time visiting Oahu. As others mentioned, the unit could use some work but it was as described/seen in the photos. The towels had a bit of a smell and some lights need to be replaced but the bed was very comfortable and the views were amazing. My biggest issue was the cleanliness—there were long black hairs everywhere that did not belong to myself or my spouse. Overall I’d still definitely recommend……

“The property was very clean, spacious, plenty of beds and beautiful views. Out of the heavy Honolulu traffic. Worked out great as the wedding and yard reception were just a few minutes away. Beaches were close and some beach chairs and towels were there for our use. Enjoyed our coffee each morning on the back patio. We were there a week and it was wonderful.”

“Such a memorable vacation - and booking this beachfront home was one of the reasons we had such a wonderful time! The home is clean and so comfortable - our friendly host covered all of the necessities and more. It's a quiet and homey place to truly soak in the magic of the island. “Such a great location! Other than the stove being out of order (which was communicated by property manager shortly before we arrived, they did provide a hot plate so we could boil water, etc) this unit worked well for us. Would definitely come back!”

“We had a great stay! The property was very nice, well maintained, very clean, easy to get to and driveway parking. The property manager was easy to connect with for questions. The location was a little further from Honolulu, so a rental car was a must. But for touring the island, we had a rental car anyways. Food, groceries and gas station very close by. We could hear and see the beach from the balcony. Price for 9 people was very reasonable. Great experience!!”

“The room is right next to the elevator shaft, so if you’re a light sleeper this will keep you up all night. The room has no extra toiletries and because it’s a privately owned condo inside of the main hotel the hotel housekeeping will not service the room in anyway, which also means there is no daily cleaning. The property manager messaged frequently enough but never communicated that there wayany additional resort costs. The booking says that resort costs are not included but at no point were……

“We all enjoyed the property. It was a ways away from most activities but was quiet and we fit perfectly. The family all travel extensively and use B and B's and other means.. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it.”

“Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. Five star service! My only suggestion is to be more clear that it really isn't two units (there are two sleeping……

“Home was perfect. their was a chicken farm/Dog farm and the roosters let the presence be known at 4am. haha. this is to be expected on the north shore, but this was much more than usual. the feild adjacent to home was nice. the local host was incredable helpful.”

“The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. The property manager Istiban and the maintenance man, Sam are great. Great communication and helpful. If you stay here……

“detailed instruction on how to check in.. clean property, right on the beach.. a kitchen with everything needed to cook some meals while looking the ocean.. the patio had unobstructed views of the pacific ocean.. close to many of the north shore beaches and not far from honolulu too.. plenty of parking on the property”

Also, Joel was very gracious with our schedule. The property is a no-brainer for people wishing to stay in the Turtle Bay area. You can visit the resort or not and the value for this condo far exceeds what you would get at the resort. We had no complaints and everything was as stated, perfect and spotless. “Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the evening and a safe location with gated parking. The room overlooks the marina with amazing views of the ocean using the telescope from the bedroom……
