“We had a fabulous weekend at Holly Tree Lodges. They had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub and sauna. There was tea, coffee sugar and 2 pints of milk provided along with tea towels, dish cloths, washing up liquid, cling film,, tin foil and salt and pepper which is all very handy when self catering! The lodge was very clean and the hot tub was hot and ready to use when we arrived around 6pm. We parked up the car on Friday night and didn’t need to use it again until going home on……

“Had the most amazing stay at Holly Tree Lodges. Perfect location as only a 10 minute drive to York city centre whilst also being super quiet and peaceful - the best of both worlds. Very clean, comes with all the necessities, hot tub worked perfectly and a sauna being a fabulously unique addition. “These lodges are always very clean, unfortunately this visit was spoiled by the smell of dog, especially on the sofa. I know it is a pet lodge, but I have stayed in several of the pet lodges, even though I don't have a pet myself, and never had the smell of dog before.We also had a small invasion of ants in the bathroom, which we managed to control with some ant spray that was provided.”

“What a beautiful place!! From the moment we got there to going home a week later we absolutely couldnt fault it! The lady that runs it was so wonderful and went out of her way to help you. The lodge was stunning, so warm, light and airy. We stayed in the beech lodge that had a hot tub. The tub was checked every day and the water was hot. We used the new bbq which worked perfectly. “Local pub (Robin Hood Inn) an intimate, friendly and fun pub. Accommodation was gorgeous but second bedroom was much smaller than we realised and climbing down to ground floor room could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. That said, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay there again. Hebden is one of my favourite places on earth and it was nice to be a little bit out of the town for some peace and quiet!”
