Staff were all friendly and helpful, the place is very budget friendly and a good location for accessing the motorway for the onward journey. The property is very dated and superficially my room appeared clean, however there were lots of old cobwebs that hadn’t been cleared, around light fittings, bed head, windows and behind door hinges

The location was the plus point for me. Only stayed the one night. The room was clean and tidy. A bit too warm for me no air-con or fan. Asked for shower tray but all are showers over baths. Did not have breakfast this trip but on-site food is a positive. The price was very competitive. Overall 4 out of 5.

The room I stayed in wasn’t great, hadn’t been decorated in quite a while, items removed from the walls hadn’t been repaired and repainted, carpet tiles on the floor that didn’t look clean, lampshades just about hanging on the wall. Rooms not very inviting at all. Breakfast was OK and the staff are friendly but just needs some updating.
