Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. “We had an amazing time at the property from beginning to end. The home is blessed with a large yard and also a lot of lake frontage for all of your activities. The green house is fully stocked with floats, fishing poles, and life jackets, and yard games for your enjoyment. My 3 year old loved building sand castles down at the sandy beach while we floated in the water and our lab puppy swam around. “This was the perfect place to stay in Gainesville. Quick drive to restaurants, grocery store and UF campus. The neighborhood was peaceful and great for a morning walk. The house is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Loved the bathroom dual shower heads and plenty of countertop space and storage. “My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”

The beach was clear of grass and made it easy for swimming and hanging out in the water all day. They also had a couple of SUPs and a kayak to play around in. “The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined.……

“Greg is a 5 star host! He greeted me upon arrival and walked the property and apartment with me. He also had local places to visit(similar to hotel stays). Greg's hospitality beats most large hotel concierge service. The apartment is truly amazing, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding areas are a true nature lovers dream!”
