Excellent, attentive front desk service! Can't ask for more from them. Spacious and clean rooms, modern hardware. I had a great stay there.

We had 2 connected rooms and shared a nice living room area and kitchen. Very nice place to stay. A bit far away from Rundle Mall and shopping centre, need to walk there for about 15mins. It was quiet nearby, but this made us sleep well at nights.

8/10 Good
Location is the best. It is just 2-minute walk to Rundle Mall, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers around ibis. The room is clean and quiet, wifi is excellent. The only disadvantage is: the room is small, no table inside the room, just 1 char, just a working bench near the window, but it is OK for businessman.

The property is located close to city but in a quiet and convenient place in terms of living, dining and transportation.
The room is neat, tidy and well equipped. The only thing that may require addressing is the height of the shower and the rail for hanging clothes. They are not very reachable by people not tall enough.
