「The property was warm and had everything we needed for a few days away.
It could do with a new stair carpet and we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work?
It came equipped with cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hoover etc. The beds we found comfortable. The area was quiet.
Street parking and was on a slight incline.」

「dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever.
also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken」

「Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.」
