“DO NOT STAY IN THE FRONT SIDE! The rooms that face the street are extremely loud because of traffic that continues until after midnight and, in my experience started up again at 4 AM. I had a grand total of four hours of sleep the first night! I insisted on being moved which they did accommodate me. However, they charged me more to move to a quiet room on the backside of the building.”

“This hotel has everything you need, right down to the utensils! The check-in process was different than other hotels as they require you to have payment withdrawn at noon or they cancel your reservation. I switch money to that account when I check in, not before. They canceled my reservation but was able to reinstate it when I got there. I asked if I would get the same room, which was an accessible room, and he said yes. However, I didn’t get an accessible room which was a major inconvenience……
