“We have returned after having spent the last 2 nights at The Clarendon for my husbands 40th birthday, the communication was brilliant from start to finish, we loved our room (the goodwin suite) its a touch of luxury with a very reasonable price tag, the beach and pier view absolutely blew me away, after having lost my mum last week it was a welcome distraction as well as a celebration for my husband. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. “We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time.
Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill.
Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle.
We could not get through to the staff on the phone so……
