"Missed our connecting flight and had to get a hotel room at midnight to spend the night with my wife and two young children. Called the hotel to get their shuttle service and were picked up less than 10 minutes later. The lady working the desk at midnight was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. She got us into our room within 5 minutes. We checked out at 5:00 am and she had coffee and muffins for us. Overall, the service was incredible, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. "
"Check in was great, as Glenda let us check in early. The home was not clean, as the included pictures show. Glenda did tell us where the towels were stored downstairs when we contacted her. The first bedroom had only a fitted and flat sheet. The second had added a fuzzy throw that did not even cover the bed. One of the bunk beds simply had a flat sheet over the plastic mattress. Mattresses were comfortable. We enjoyed our family time, but will not return. Many things were in disrepair or didn't work."
