“We had a mini Christmas Vacation and stayed here over the weekend, the property is clean and omg it smells delicious (crazy over smells) the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We had a couple stops in our trip plan so everything was within a 13 -27 minute drive which made it perfect for our family since traveling with kids can be hectic. Totally recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying here again if we travel back to Georgia. Happy holidays and a blessed 2026”

Appreciated that we weren’t presented with a lengthy checkout list of cleaning tasks; the cleaning fee included in the price was actually for cleaning!We were in town for a graduation at a university about 30 minutes away but chose Athens for the nightlife. We were unfortunately unaware that on UGA game days the main roads around campus are shut down for hours during the day……
