“Exactly the right place for the right price! Clean inside and decorated in a lovely artistic and homey way. Close to everything and a very serene eclectic vibe. We had a great time and looked forward to getting back “home” every evening. Within a short walk of literally everything you’d want to do in Charleston!”

“This house was perfect for a 4 day girls trip to Charleston! The space was laid out well, with plenty of room to hang out in the living area and front porch! It had great and comfortable bed linens. We didn’t cook anything beyond coffee, but who would with all of the great restaurants just a short walk away. But, the kitchen was well appointed if you feel like cooking in. The location was ideal for us. It was a 2 minute walk to all that King Street has to offer. Shops, bars and restaurants. It……

“Two friends and I wanted something special for celebrating our eighth decade on earth. This apartment and it’s location in a beautiful city “fit the bill” for us. The apartment was just as described, spacious, historic, even elegant. We were able to have breakfast there to prepare us for our busy days. We got excellent sleep in our big comfortable beds.”

“Loved staying here! Close to Charleston and to Folly Beach. Took many day trips to these areas. James Island was beautiful. Loved coming back to our home away from home for naps or evenings in. Bed was super as was shower and claw foot tub. Soaking at end of day was wonderful. Our host, Aprl, was delightful! Mornings on the porch with coffee ❤️. Did struggle a little With internet connection- not a big deal. Would stay again just to see the wildflower garden develop 😊”

“The studio was perfect for our 2 night stay. The Broad Street location is quieter overnight yet walkable to anywhere you may want to go. Kit is very responsive and provides all you need for your stay. Great visit!”

“My friend and I stayed here for a long girls weekend. The location was very close to downtown. A parking pass came with our stay and that was also very close. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, updated and most of all we felt safe. The bed was a king foam bed. Very comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. This apartment is good for two people max in my opinion. Overall, great! We would stay here again and suggest our friends and family to do the same.”

“We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or……
