“Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal……

“We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. ”

“This house is beautiful and sparse. We were a group of 8 adults and the house did not feel crowded at all. Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower drains were full of hair from previous visitors; multiple bedrooms had either old food, empty wine or water……

“Beautiful property and excellent hosts…we stayed in the Garden suite…the bedroom and kitchen is all together…5 minute walk into Blenheim and marvellous pubs and restaurants in Woodstock!! Oh and it’s only £2 on the bus into Oxford!!!”

“It is good to have an open kitchen in the room for preparing simple meals. The environment is quiet and comfortable.”

“The cottage was absolutely perfect for our party of 12 & our host mrs joyce was absolutely lovley. Check in & out was very easy and the property itself very easy to find even though its out in the beautiful countryside . The cottage was spacious and clean & we were all adequately accomodated the children were happy playing in the games room & the pool the house is ideal for a relaxing get-away every one really enjoyed thier stay we will definitely book again. ”

“Everything was as expected it was cosy and convenient, near several pubs and shops and just a half hour bus ride into Oxford. We also used it as a base for Bicester, the British Motor Museum and the Aston Heritage trust! So much to see in Oxford and surrounds and this is a great place to stay! Very good value for money ”

“The Annex is absolutely stunning, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Chris and Liz are warm and friendly hosts who are available if you need anything and have put together a lovely environment to stay. The local area is beautiful and you are perfectly placed for exploring the Coltswolds. Our stay couldnt have been better and will definitely return. Thank you Chris and Liz . gorgeousvillages.”

“We were a group of 7 staying (4 adults, 3 children) for 3 nights. The cottage had everything we could need. There are 2 bedrooms perfectly set up for kids with the other 2 for adults. The bathrooms were decent and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more, although some cupboard space to store our food would have been nice.The outdoor dining space was very peaceful and pretty although a little overlooked. The estate is beautiful and the cottage is very close to the activity……
