Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

This separate holiday home for 2 people is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, within a housing estate, on a fully fenced residential plot of approx. 500 m² (the house is only occasionally used by the owner). There is a campsite on the Müritz approx. 1,000 m away with a bathing area, restaurant, boat and bicycle hire. A shallow bathing area on the Kölpinsee can be reached after approx. 2 km via a beautiful path through the forest. The town centre is approx. 3 km away.

The approx. 45 square metre, nostalgically furnished, non-smoking house with electric heating is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (dining table and counter, fridge, induction hob, mini oven, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, radio), the bathroom (shower/WC) and a small hallway. The combined living room/bedroom (double bed, couch, flat-screen TV) with balcony can be reached via a space-saving spiral staircase, and there is also a furnished seating area, barbecue, bicycle storage room and car park (public, possibly also on the property).

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels as well as water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
