「It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.」

「This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. The bed in the bedroom was unsleepable (so soft/divot in the middle/1 thin...

「We had a great stay. Everything pictured was accurate. The place was very clean, supplied with cooking utensils, and central AC that worked well. Back yard was fenced in for our dog. We had a few communications with the owners on various topics before we arrived, and they always responded quickly and offered to assist where possible. We would NOT hesitate to book here again. A very nice place.」
