「Fantastic location! Cottage was clean and had everything we needed! Kitchen needs a little updating especially the stove/oven but we didn’t really use it much. Overall amazing experience and will be back next year!! 」

「The CoZy Cabin is named perfect it was the perfect size for our stay. The yard was very large and we would sit outside at night and build a fire we would enjoy swinging in the gazebo swing and even with our 2 fur babies the deer would come into the yard to feed as if they were pets. The hosts were exceptional. We will miss them and the cabin until our next visit.」

「Our first time staying in Findlay Lake was so relaxing.We enjoyed the dock the most!」

「Lovely cozy little house near Lake Chautauqua. The decorations were cheery and homey. Easy driving distance to lots of nearby attractions. We love the little backyard with barbecue and fire pit on clear weather nights. 」

「We love the property. Our only complaint would be the outside furniture and table and chairs were dirty. I stayed there 3 years ago and it looked the same them. Like nobody everybody wiped any of it down. Other than that awesome time. 」

「Property was located in a great spot next to the Stow Ferry for east access to Bemus Point. We enjoyed the property grounds and the local area! Property was as described-very comfortable for a girls’ weekend.」

「We had a great family trip at this charming cottage on the Alleghany. It’s quiet, cozy, and right on the water — perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The cottage was clean, well-stocked, and felt like a true escape. A lovely spot if you’re looking to unplug and enjoy nature!」
