When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen presents stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, partial air-conditioning, a DVD player, and even a Ping-Pong table.

Minutes from your stay, enjoy exploring Roxbury State Forest, Northfield Country Club, and for winter recreation, Sugarbush Resort. Mad River Valley amenities offer plenty of fun including a trail network, kayaking, tubing, restaurants, winery, sleigh rides in the winter, local cheese making, and the seasonal Saturday Market. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not available for guest use unless priorly requested at booking.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
