The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and perfect for our family of 6. We were in the area on a business trip and the house was great. Kids could do school work comfortably while husband went to work. We did some sightseeing (Drake’s Well) and some adventures in town (recommended Big Joes in North Warren). Enjoyed the board games in the evenings. Overall, a cozy house!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay! The cabin was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Being next tocthe river, it was very peaceful! After doing a lot of driving around, it was nice to have a freat place tocstay each night. Would recommended to other friends!

Quiet Getaway

This property was perfect for either relaxing around the house or to use as a base for sightseeing around the PA Wilds. The home is family friendly and in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend staying here as our family would stay at this home again.

Two Day Golf Trip

Nice place with easy access to water

My three kids and I enjoyed two nights here. A short walk across the lawn to the boat launch for easy swimming was a nice option. Nothing fancy, but it's a pretty spot on the river and the kids loved it. Lots of good hiking nearby. Next time we'll look into kayaking!

Great river stay

Cherry was very responsive. The property was very nice and located just a short walk to the river. I used this house for a kayak tournament at the Allegheny Reservoir. The property accommodated my car and trailer well. The location is close to Warren, PA. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Great view

This property had a great view of the river directly across from a boat launch. Although we were not there to fish the river, it was close enough to where we were fishing and to Warren so that we could go into town as well.

Quiet getaway near beautiful river

Property was very clean & well stocked. You can tell the owner went out of their way to make visitors feel comfortable & welcome! Cherry was extremely responsive to any message or request we had. Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood and nice short walk to the river, which was a beautiful view. Enjoyed the grill & porch. Recommend you visit Chapman State Park.

Great rental with beautiful river view

My family (including 2 kids under 12) stayed here while spending the holidays with family. The place is spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful river view. The only downside was that the location was a little farther from my parents house than the location estimate on the website prior to booking (likely set by VRBO and not by the owner).

Annual Outdoor Week

Perfect for our group. Adjoins boat launch on the river we want to fish. Located in the PA Wilds for unlimited area to hunt. Extra room for all the extra clothes. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. Easy to find location for those coming from out of state.

The property is very clean and very comfortable. My father, 96 years old, was pleased with the grab bars and few steps to the property. Maybe can’t say handicap accessible because he can maneuver a few steps, but he did fine and was very comfortable!

Family trip

We stayed in town to visit family and it turns out my aunt and uncle’s new house is just a few houses down! The odds of that are very small. The home was great for us and our toddler. I love the location and the home was clean. My parents liked the house as well and said they will book it the next time they come see our family as well.

The Perfect Getaway

My friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend. Although the weather was snow/icy and cold, there was plenty to do in the area. The home alone was enough for us to stay warm and comfortable in. Plenty of bedroom and living room space. The two screened in porches would be perfect for summer, especially with the river across the road. The town of Warren is close with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and local bars with entertainment. The people of the area were extremely helpful and friendly.

nice getaway

The property was beautiful. house just as described. pics of the boat ramp and dock were not quite accurate. it is a stones throw away but the ramp was super steep. but that didn’t stop us from having a good time. my husband went and fished every day while i enjoyed the comfort of the house and the electric fireplace. great place to stay. very quiet neighborhood too. thank you for letting us enjoy your property. marci & Al
