“Awesome location, and great place to stay!”

“We had the best Time, the house was great it had everything you could ask for. Super clean and organized, wonderful for large groups.”

“Great condo, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as pictured. Loved being able to use the grill too. Our only disappointment was with the hot tubs. They were very crowded, mainly because only one or two were hot each day. The others were luke warm to cool. From talking to other guests, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we enjoy using a hot tub after a day of skiing and the availability of four hot tubs……

“We absolutelyloved the place, everything was perfect and exactly like listed. Close to the base of peak 9 and to main street. The last day while walking to the slopes we ran into a Baby Moose, which make trip with a plus in sight seeing. We were not finding the bedding shhets for the sofa bed and Twilla was very quick to respond and send property manager. Will absolutely come back to the place.”

“This location is both a close walk to the ski lift and short walk to downtown Breck, so you get the best of both worlds. Also, I can’t say enough about the communication from the rental company, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for help.”

“Incredible location, amazing amenities. Our kids loved the sleds. We loved the ping pong tables, foosball table, and pool table. The place has sooo many levels and stairs which was a little scary for our infant but it all worked out. More than enough beds and rooms for all of us. Sledding right outside the back door was sooo fun and a trip highlight. Amazing response time from the management company anytime we had a question. We really hope this property stays on VRBO because we’re planning to……

“We had a great stay at this property! The private hot tub was amazing and the place was just as pictured. Like people said, the carpet can use an upgrade, but still felt clean. The only complaint I have (which isn’t the owners fault) is that this is on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor neighbors were noisy at times. Having a garage to park in was also a nice bonus!”

“Was easy to ski out to a green slope from the property. We did not try the ski in but there is that option as well. The views from this property are amazing and the garage was a definite bonus since we had so much snow while we were there. Hot tub was also awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and also some condiments and spices available. Only recommendation would be to consider updating dryer and washer- both worked but are pretty worn.”
