The Space:
The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The living room has access to a private balcony with garden furniture. The balcony is built in and glazed, so you can enjoy the views of the surroundings without the noise of the city. A great advantage is the location with a well-developed infrastructure. The nearest grocery shop is 100 m from the flat. Lovers of good food will appreciate the renowned, atmospheric restaurants and cafés located on Francuska Street within a 15-minute walk. Many other interesting restaurants can also be found on the neighbouring streets. Despite its proximity to the centre of Warsaw, this green neighbourhood is ideal for spending family time in nature: the Saska Beach on the banks of the Vistula River is only 1 km from the flat. There is also a playground (220 m) and a large city park (650 m) in the neighbourhood.
The location is very well connected to both the city centre and the Old Town. Using public transport, the city centre can be reached in 20 minutes. Getting to Chopin Airport by car takes about half an hour.
