Cottages in Washington County

"We love this place! Visiting has become an annual tradition for us, and the house, hosts, property, and wonderful town of Eastport are the reasons."

"Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful, just what we were looking for.!!!!"

"Great stay. Super cute place."

"We arrived late and we had a little problem but Jennifer and Peter worked very hard to make everything perfect for our stay! We had an amazing time in Maine the cabin was an excellent home base for us."

"The view was incredible-- it was a great place for us"

"Very quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful location!"

"We had an excellent stay on Orange lake, beautiful sunsets by the fire."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage is so beautiful, and the views are lovely. We loved sitting on the sun porch, looking out the windows at the river, the ocean, the beautiful flowers, and the birds. It was a great location to stay in order to visit Campobello, hike at West Quaddy lighthouse, and to go whale watching out of Lubec. We hope to come back someday!"

"Our second time staying in Milbridge at this great cottage! Did not disappoint! Excellent location for taking in the beauty of the area and relaxing surrounded by nature. Really good jumping off point to plan day trips to explore Maine’s Gold Coast and beyond…"

"This cottage was remarkable. Comfy cozy getaway. Had everything we needed to stay there. Would highly recommend staying there. Sincerely, The Sonnenbergs"

"Very nice place to stay."

"Spectacular views, clean, excellent location, large rooms and well equipped."

"Amazing sky colors before sunrise - can watch from the balcony or walk to the bridge and get great views."

"Nice house. Clean, nicely furnished, and well maintained. Problem with an electronic key system that did not work. Be aware of limitations in the summer: house was hot with only one room air conditioned."

"Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

"A beautiful and peaceful stay at the Clamdigger. We plan to stay again in the future."

"The most beautiful view… a perfect place for wholesome family memories. We hope to be back soon!"

"What a beautiful cottage!!! Everything about it was incredible."

"The view here is everything, as other reviews have stated! My kids loved the rocks to climb on and the private beach to look for shells. Although dated, the cottage itself had everything we needed for a family of four. The bright yellow carpet in the master bedroom was maybe the worst feature (it has seen better days!), but overall very clean and a great spot to stay for a few nights to enjoy the Maine coastal life. I would recommend this property!"
