「Very clean, brand new, the loft was great for the kids. Loved the complimentary snacks and all the amenities. The only thing that could have made it better is if there were w/d on site but the laundromat in Hurricane was nice and easy. Highly recommend The Riv!」

「Our short reservation was well accepted and the hosts communicated quickly with us.Accommodations were very nice, but maybe lacking in details.There was no guest information book, missing a TV remote, and the place had tons of spiders and beetles. 「The place was fairly clean. One bed had pubic hair in the bed, we assumed the bed didn’t get washed and then slept on too of the comforter. Two of the towels were pretty damp but on the shelf, needed more time in the dryer. Overall, pretty clean. The place did stink, wished there were air fresheners of some sort but would stay again. 」
