“It was a beautiful resort! I didn’t find the staff other than the valet drivers overly friendly. Just wish they were more genuine when talking to guests. But we heard they are building a water park and are excited to go back!”

“We stayed in a teepee did not like the fact that it said was for 6 people . We only had 5 and not enough room at all . The one so called pull out or bed was as hard as a rock and did not fit my 2 teenage boys . The shower was terrible!!!!! The shower head would not stand up it only sprayed directly down the wall . Like I said it was made for 6 people and we only had 5 plates total . We ended up renting a wagon too because of the small space . The staff especially the girl who worked the desk and……

“First, photos on listing are not of unit I reserved. Second, went to wipe up floor following a water spill minutes following our arrival and the paper towel was completely black. Third, the French door is NOT at all secure, locks do not work, blinds are ripped, both doors would open when front door was open or A/C turned on, you can push the door open with one finger with both locks turned to lock. “We've stayed in a different Amira unit that we liked better. We were a little disappointed in this one. Mostly in the bedding/towels. We were a little unsure on the cleanliness of the linens and my husband's pillow actually smelled like someone else's drool. He went to Walmart after the first night and bought a 5 pillow and a couple blankets rather than continue to sleep in those sheets / on the provided pillow. Overall we like Amira's location and amenities. Just be careful picking your……
