The house is in a quiet & private setting in enclave of town homes, yet so close to D. C., parks, trails, restaurants and shopping. You are 7-10 minutes driving distance to Downtown DC, and 10-15 minutes from Old Town Alexandria, Pentagon City and National Landing. You are also only a 5 minutes' drive from the Villages at Shirlington where you can find several of the best restaurants in the area, sports bars, supermarkets, and shopping.
The space
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and it is perfect for a family vacation. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals. Sit down and relax after a long day in the modern and comfortable recliners and watch a movie in the huge flat screen smart TV. Parking is never a problem as the house offers a 2 car garage that accommodates a compact car and an SUV.

Other things to note
The house is set up for a family with kids of all ages. We have a full size crib, a bassinet, high chair, baby chair, baby bath tub and changing table. We also have additional play yards and a car seat if this helps while traveling with your little ones.
From time to time, we spend time in this house and store our personal items in some of the closets. These closets are secure with a lock. Thank you for understanding.
