Great Home Base for Busy Week

This house is amazing. In town for our daughter's wedding. Friends stayed with us. The separation of 3rd floor living, midlevel living room and kitchen and basement with bedroom and mini kitchen worked great. A good place to gather mid level and yet separate living areas. Location is also spectacular. Easy walk to everything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and the service team to anyone coming to Old Town Alexandria!

Great place

We had a great time. Our young family visits the area often and this has been the best VRBO we’ve stayed at so far. There were small cons- for example, we were there on very hot days and the central AC couldn’t evenly distribute the temperature but this is to be expected in an older townhome. Also of note the air handling unit is in the basement around the corner from the large bed, so it can be noisy there at night. But really, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. Location is on a quiet street yet it is walkable to some restaurants and shops, etc. Street parking was easy, which is not the case in every Old Town neighborhood.
