No Smoking: No smoking inside the property to keep it fresh and clean. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.

No Pets: No pets allowed unless otherwise approved.

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is
violated there will be a charge of $1,000.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Only registered guests allowed in the premises for safety and security.

Guests should clean up after themselves in common areas and dispose of trash properly.

Follow check-in and check-out times as specified to help with smooth turnovers.
