❄️ The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating: October 13 – May 1, Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1.

During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures.

- Do not park in handicapped spots unless you have a valid permit.

(Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest’s expense)

Improvement needed

I had the worst experience with this rental. This unit needs a lot of updates. There were zero usb outlets, the shower heads need updated and trying to enter the apartment with the old fashion key was a hadsle.
