Very good stay

Easy check-in but not a minute before 4pm. Place was as advertised. Overall very clean. Only small complaint was that it needs new carpet but it wasn’t bad. Needed sheets for the pull out couch and management responded quickly. Great location for sightseeing in DC.

Great location, clean apartment very frustrating process

This centrally located apartment is great for work trips, as it was clean and as described. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to excessive verification requirements by the property management company, which seemed unfamiliar with the property. They required an app to unlock the door, but the apartment had a regular key lock. We had to wait over an hour to check in, and the bedrooms initially had no power, which was resolved the next day. Additionally, the apartment provided only one small bath towel per guest for the entire stay, with no hand towels or washcloths, and no soap for the washer and dryer. These issues made our stay less enjoyable, and we would not return.
