Great time in a wonderful spot
Inside: We had a two-room setup (king bed and adjoining bathroom that had a stall and tub; then two queen beds and bath off the dining room). The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great. We were given great starter amenities; The only issue we had was that we were unclear on whether we could ask for more or the cleaning staff to come in. The vibe seemed weird around Vrbo customers; it was not worth it to us to kick up dust. Additionally, the second floor community amenities looked really fun. We spent more time sight-seeing than at the resort's leisure spots.
Outside: Very efficient setup with a semicircle drop off area and a garage across the street. Please ask about the parking procedure. We ended up overpaying because we didn't understand the disconnect between the resort and the parking company. Once we got the understanding, though, it was smooth. And two of the staff were happy to explain, it was just that we had to ask for the explanation.
Area: This is a great area. Shopping, dining, and beautiful views/photo opportunities. And very walkable. CVS is right around the corner, so your drugstore essentials are readily available. And there were a couple grocery stores close by so that you could use the kitchen to the fullest. We are not from the Upper East, so the road patterns took a little getting used to, but all in all, a great time.
