The place was spotless and everything in new or like new condition! Communication was great! We arrived late the first night, well lit path and flowers greeted us to the door. My husband and I had a quick stay to see the popular sights.

Nice place, good access

Unit was clean and comfortable. Located very near to M station and busses. Made it easy to get to all the sights in DC. Also the bag of local coffee was a nice touch. Definitely would stay here again.

A cozy gem in NOMA

The apartment is cozy and comfortable in a good neighborhood. It is about a 35 minute easy walk from the Capitol, and is convenient to restaurants, shops, museums, etc. I hope to stay there again soon!

Easy access NoMa apartment

It was perfect for us. We were visiting our daughter who lives two blocks away. Very convenient to the metro, Trader Joe’s, and Union Market . It was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

DC in the fall

Great communication with the host with questions quickly addressed. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood and a well appointed kitchen! It was nice to have a selection of spices for meal prep! Adding a pitcher to the kitchen would be a great idea! The bedroom was very comfortable with a wonderful mattress and we liked the sound machine as well!

Good location- nice neighborhood

The property is really cute and has all the amenities needed. Can Uber easily and economically to all attractions. Would leave a 5 star in all areas but there was a slight musty smell and may be due to the nature of it being a basement unit. Little trouble getting thermostat to go higher than 68 degrees. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and stay.

Everything was great except we didn't have hot water for three days. They did eventually fix it but it was not fun taking cold showers after being out all day in the cold. Other than that it was a great stay.

Overall great place. Bed was the worst part. Lara should get a real bed! What's there is some memory foam thing that's SO HOT. Didn't sleep well.

Great Stay!

Property was just as advertised. Great location - walking distance to eateries and grocery stores. Property was very clean. Did not have any issues or need to reach out to hosts. The bed and pillows are magical. I need to buy that mattress and those pillows for our home! The only thing I wish the property would have had is either a ceiling fan or fan in the bedroom to circulate the air. Love that they had a noise control machine and ear plugs that you can use. That really helped me sleep. The property is fully stocked with everything you need. I appreciated the hangers and steamer. The coffee pods for the Keurig and the Keurig itself topped it off for me! We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and clean apartment in NoMa. Great for visiting the sited of DC

This was a super clean and comfortable basement apartment on NoMa- very convenient to getting to all the major DC sites. We took Uber mostly and it was very reasonable. 5 minute walk to Trador Joes and REI, also many other grocery stores. The owners live upstairs and were very friendly when they were sitting out on their porch. Would have been nice to have some outdoor space , although you can sit on the steps down to the unit. Highly recommend .
