Come and stay in one of DC’s most notable neighborhoods, Bloomingdale! Featured in the series House of Cards, this primarily residential neighborhood has a small commercial center near the intersection of Rhode Island Avenue and First Street NW featuring bars, restaurants, and food markets.

The home is a commuter’s dream with close proximity to The White House and the Capitol Building. A 4 bedroom one bathroom apartment located on two large floors nestled in a large Victorian multi-level building. The 4th bedroom is on its own floor. This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. This home is set up for short and long term stays. 4 smart televisions
4 Queen beds
2 floors with very spacious attic level bedroom

Free Street Parking

Out of precaution, I remind all guests of the following rules for the home:
-No parties or events are allowed.
-No loitering is allowed around the property including the front steps.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed in or around the property.
-The front main door must be kept closed and shut tight at all times. Please do not allow strangers or anyone that is not in your group to enter the building. All guests have a code of their own to enter.

There are actively recording cameras in the lobby of the building. All cameras are on the exterior of the property.

Absolutely No Smoking or Partying or there will be a $400 penalty imposed if this house rule is ignored. There is a strict NO PARTY and Smoking policy. Thanks for your understanding. If any issues arise, please reach out to me so that I can do my best to resolve the issues. I'd like to have a chance to ensure the most pleasurable stay for you.

Great location!

The host was awesome with communication and cleared up any issues quickly and in a friendly manner. The beds were comfortable and location great-quick drive into DC and close to shops and metro. It was a new listing and while the host was still ironing out some kinks it was a fabulous spot to have a great trip and have no doubt it will be a great experience for all who stay there.
