「Very pleased with my stay! The two water bottles in the fridge were greatly appreciated. Also, the host was very responsive and I didn’t have any issues with check-in, which is always a fear of mine with VRBO’s. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Nice and cozy home. We came out for a family trip to NY and enjoyed this place. We got to town earlier than we thought and was able to do an early check in. Communication with owner was a breeze and house accommodated perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Would rent here again! 」

「The rental was amazing, and my family truly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. One suggestion would be to provide washcloths or face towels for added convenience. It would also be helpful to include some information about the nearby light rail and subway systems for future guests — the light rail was a great bonus, especially being just a 2-minute walk from the rental. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!」

「Not very close to public transportation, but if you bring your car then it can stay locked in a private garage. Very clean property with a queen bed, twin sized cot, and couch for 3-4 people to sleep. No dining table, but has a bar and stools between kitchen and living room area. 」

「We booked this location for the parking and easy access of our crew being able to get into the city. This turned out to be the perfect place for the crew to have the comforts of home while being on the go for an out-of-town project.」

「Conveniently located and affordable, if you’re a large group and have transportation to New York for sightseeing. Not a-lot of room for common space gathering. Best if you just need to lay your head somewhere and will be out during the day.Free parking is a plus, property could use some maintenance with flooring, window, coverings, walls and ceilings. One of the restrooms seems like it is a porch addition, and is quite chilly in the winter. Having both floors was a benefit with two kitchens....
