“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. “We came up one night for our son’s soccer tournament. We literally arrived and went to sleep, woke up early and left. A quick turnaround. The room was clean and comfortable and the man at the front desk was accommodating. We didn’t have any bath towels in the bathroom — perhaps an oversight by housekeeping.
