“Amber was an excellent host, the property was clean and comfortable, we initially had an issue with the heating system due to the excessively cold weather, but this was swiftly resolved and we were soon warm and cosy!The cottage has a lovely view over Owasco lake, nice furnishings, comfortable beds and all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. Amber had even kindly left us a delicious bottle of local wine.We would definitely recommend!”

“It was ok in general - nothing outstanding or unacceptable. However, there were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. 1. Steps leading to the west parking area are dangerously uneven, particularly the bottom step. The stairs have sunk relative to the parking lot curb. 2. The elevator door is noisy (needs fixing) and at times did not open when called to the second floor even though the elevator had come to that floor. Had to push the call button again. Finally, there is no elevator……

“This property was close to sites I wanted to visit however the the property was not well maintained and needed some major updating.”

“This is such a lovely home circa 1834! Kimberly and her husband have really made their home and gardens lovely and so comfortable! As hosts, they are very cordial and interesting to interact with. I highly recommend staying at Vintage.. we’ve stayed there twice so far and plan to stay there in the future when we are in the area!”
